  • Add $3 Airport Fee for all Hartsfield-Jackson Airport Arrivals

  • Add $15.00 for each baby seat provided
  • Add $25.00 for all International Airport Arrivals. Additional Wait Time Fees May Apply
  • Add $20 Holiday Surcharges for Services on National Holidays. July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
  • Wait Time will be charged in 15 minute increments of hourly rate. Except MC/Bus charters-hourly
  • Wait time charges applies 15 min. after Scheduled Pick-Up time for transfers when no Initial Contact has not been made and/or not on route.
  • Wait time charges will be applied for ATL Commercial Airline Arrivals that exceed predetermined wait period. Dom-45 min, Internt.-90min
  • Locations 25+ Miles outside of Atlanta will require to be charged a round trip hourly rate for vehicle and driver
  • All No-Shows & Late Cancellations will be billed the full quoted amount
  • For Airport / One-Way Transfers: A Minimum 3hrs notice prior to the schedule pick-up time for cancellations or changes.
  • For Charters: A minimum of 48hrs notice (prior to the scheduled pick-up time) to cancel without being charged the remaining balance
  • For Charters: A non-refundable 30% deposit must be received to secure reservation of all luxury vehicles and buses
  • For Inside Meet and Greets for Large Luxury Vehicles or Buses, is $25.00 per hr charge, 2 hr minimum.
  • Clean up Fee for Spillage or Damages - $200.00 minimum charge
